Second time LNY I'm not at Home celebrating. Having short of leaves and kept reminding if not now then when, I signed up for this trek to Philippines highest peak prior to my Trek For Hope trip with SANL.

Details. Plant at the start of trek. Using zoom lens for bokeh. But still blurry.

This time was with SGTREK.

It was a very enjoyable trek as we were blessed with great weather. There wasn't any heavy rain. Just a little drizzle on the way up to summit Base Camp.

I decided to try out a fish eye lens. Nikon 10.5mm dx lens. Wide angle prime lens. I have to be very careful as not to drop the lens cap as the lens is convex out.

The trek in general is not too tough. Porters can be hire for each SGD$80 or so. I didn't hire one as I felt it will inconvenient myself. Having to lug my gitzo tripod and gorillapod isn't that light either. My deuter spectro ac 38l is filled to the brim. I need a 50l one.

Need to be careful on the descend as the route is not clearly marked. For instance when I was coming down at my own pace, I missed a sharp 90 degree turn plus it is head up instead! Need to be careful! If the route is getting more difficult it is usually wrong as this is a well visited peak.

Waiting for sunset together. Overexposed on the sky.

One last adventure was being driven out on bike without helmet. 3 persons on a bike. 2 pillions.

Heading out on bike without helmet. Packs too. Without colour helps to emphasize on the content.
